THE
AETHER
SYSTEM
An expansive ecosystem of digital infrastructure campuses in Texas.
We are bringing together expertise, real estate, technology, power and capital to hyperscale a digital foundation for the future.
Aetheris is breaking ground in Texas.
Our mission is to build the societal infrastructures the future will stand on — for people, economies and communities.
EXPERTISE
Founders have proven track record in funding, developing and managing 100+ billion-
dollar industrial, energy and digital infrastructure.
LOCATION
We’re not just building a data center — we’re developing a long-term foundation for scale, sustainability, and independent digital infrastructure. Our sites are selected with the intention of expediting the future.
TECHNOLOGY
With a modular, volume-manufactured design, we’ve reimagined how infrastructure can scale, adapt, and integrate.
GOOD POWER
Good Power is our coined term for a clean, self-sustaining energy model designed specifically for the needs of both our hyperscaler clients and the surrounding communities.
EXPERTISE
Founder-led leadership with successful development of large-scale real estate and logistics portfolios. $100B+ capital experience across infrastructure, logistics, and real estate platforms
Access to long-term patient capital from global family offices behind one of the world’s largest logistics and data infrastructure platforms in the world.
Proven ability to hyperscale projects from concept to operational reality

MANAGING PARTNER
Tier One Private equity with real estate and infrastructure platform with over 100 billion dollars raised.
PHASE 1:
PROJECT MATTER
Project Matter is a 1 GW development of fully integrated digital infrastructure. The site extraordinarily unites the capacity and resources for self-sustaining energy production with high-density gigawatt-scale processing power through a robust, multi-source energy platform designed for both grid independence and long-term utility integration.
Capacity: 1 GW
Delivery: DEC 2026

TECHNOLOGY
-
Medium Voltage Distribution shall be pad mounted, 34.5kV, 3PH / 3W, GIS, or other switches feeding MV transformers in radial or loop configuration.
The Medium Voltage Distribution shown is an example of the distribution to a portion of the building. We will work with the team to develop a redundant system to support the needs of each building on the campus.
-
Data Center cooling will maintain flexibility for potential high density tenants. The data halls will be cooled by 600 Ton Air-Cooled Chillers with a redundant piping loop. · The mechanical system shall be concurrently maintainable and shall contain no single points of failure.
The Mechanical Flow Diagram shown is an example of the distribution for the building. We will work with the tenant to modify the distribution to meet the cooling needs in each building on campus.
THE POWER RAMP
The power ramp below based on a July 15, 2025 Letter of Intent and an August 1, 2025 Lease signing.
MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
Integra has manufacturing capacity and supply chain to have the entire 1 GW of capacity on line by Q2 2028.
